Overview
Nimbus only supports standalone configurations of the C-TEC XFP range of fire alarm control panels. Nimbus requires an XFP panel with printer support, such as the 501/502 32 zone panels.
Note: the 501 16 zone panel does not have printer support and so is not compatible with Nimbus.

Nimbus Clear to Send (CTS) C-TEC XFP panel connector (part no 201-309-01).

Panel configuration
Enable the panels RS232 communications port and configure to print events:

Run the XFP programming tool on your PC.

Load a copy of the latest panel configuration.

Under the "Site Configuration" tab, enable the 'Real Time Output of Events" option.

Upload the panel configuration to the panel.
