Using reports in the Web Portal
Introduction
There are 6 report types available in Nimbus.
Event Report |
A summary of events that have been recorded for the sites and equipment selected. |
Asset Count Report |
A count of all assets for the sites and equipment selected, broken down by asset type. |
Service Data Report |
A summary of service data for all sites and equipment selected. |
Engineer Activity Report |
A summary of time spent on site, number of devices tested, average time per device, and total % of devices tested. |
Fault User Report |
A summary of faults received, when they occurred and feedback received via Nimbus Notify App or Nimbus Control Room Monitor. |
Service & Weekly Testing Report | A summary of service and weekly testing data for all sites and equipments selected. |
These reports are viewable in the Web Portal, or can be downloaded as a csv (comma separated value). or emailed via an attached csv.
Note: reports are tied to the user that created them, and so can only be viewed, edited or deleted by that same user.
Creating a report
Navigate to Reports, click New Report and configure as required.
Editing or deleting a report
From the Reports page, click edit next the relevant report. Make the required changes and click "Save Changes" or click the delete button.
Viewing or exporting a report
From the Reports page, click view or export next the relevant report.
