- A nimbusGo device connected to Nimbus Engineer App.
- Notifier Pearl (RS485) Data Cable 2m (part no 201-150-01).

Panel configuration
- From the Panel Main Menu, Select the "Commissioning Tab" and input the Commissioning passcode to access the "Commission Menu".
- Select "Edit Configuration
- Select "Panel Configuration"
- Select "Base Card Options"
- Set the Comms options as:
- RS485 Protocol: TPP0011A
- RS485 Baud Rate: 9600
- RS485 Comms Mode: FULL
- RS485 Datalink Mon: DISABLED
- RS485 Suspend Limit: 0
- RS485 Panel Control: PREVENT
- Leave all other settings as default.
- Changes will need to be saved, and a restart accepted.
- Once servicing is completed, the RS485 protocol state should be set back to disabled.
Panel connection
Connect the USB to RS485 adapter to nimbusGo via the USB port, connect one end of the Notifier Pearl (RS485) Data Cable 2m to this and the other side to the RS485 port on the panel.
You will now see the panel LED on nimbusGo turn green, and "good" panel comms will be indicated in Nimbus Engineer.
